It’s hard to know who to choose when buying and selling however I would recommend Dan and Kendrick’s (in fact I already have and here I am doing so again!). We met multiple agents throughout our sale and search and without doubt Dan was the best. We recently bought our first home that Kendrick’s were the agents for. Not long into the process, we wished we had also listed the property we were selling with them (our agents were often unresponsive and disinterested). And it’s for this reason I am thankful to Dan and the Kendrick’s team and recommend them. I experienced professionals who acted with integrity and who genuinely cared about the sellers and us as buyers. We were aware of the history and how significant the sale was for the vendor (Dan has agreed to share some updates of the work we complete with her). We needed to arrange quite a number of visits to the property for surveyors and trades to provide quotes, all of which were accommodated without delay by Dan or the team. During difficult parts of the process it was Dan and our conveyancer that kept us updated, kept things moving and provided some reassurance that we would get there in the end! I can understand why people say “I’m never moving again” once completed. While I hope I don’t move again for a long time, it would feel far less daunting with Dan and the Kendrick’s team on board!

Having never experienced selling a property, to say I was apprehensive when aiding my mum in the sale of her property after the passing of my father would be an understatement! However, Dan has been indispensable, walking us through each stage and keeping us updated at every step. Despite a few hiccups and hurdles along the way we have now successfully exchanged contracts. My parents had been considering selling the house prior to my fathers death and my dad has selected Kendricks as agents back in 2019, I was overwhelmed when both Paul and Dan remembered him all this time later. Thanks to Dan the process was as easy as it could be despite some issues, I can't recommend Kendricks highly enough.

If you have been out of the housing market for some time or are a first time buyer do not expect any advice when making an offer on a property you love. There is no advice nor guidance for buyers so seek independent advice when making an offer to avoid disappointment and heartbreak. Following up. Thank you for your response Paul. If the trend today is to offer well over the asking price then surely it would be a good idea to alert returning or new buyers so that they can budget accordingly to significantly exceed any asking price so the risk of being 14th in line is diminished.

Kendrick Property Services is the most professional estate agents I have ever used or encountered! Best estate agent in town by a mile!! They literally strive to deliver! Nothing is too much hassle for them. They are always courteous and proactive in their approach, and are great communicators. They not just helped me (I was the seller in this instance) but they also helped the buyer with the entire conveyancing process. I was assigned Dan to look after me. I could not of asked for anyone better! He really did go above and beyond his role to deliver. I cannot thank him enough. Best agents I’ve ever had! Dan and Paul were extremely professional and helped me and my partner tremendously in an otherwise painful process.
