Initially the service we received was exceptional, and I stick to that. However, they have consistently failed to do anything productive, even when we are quoted timeframes, they do not stick to them. We were told we would receive our deposit in "up to 3 working days", 5 working days later nothing and no contact. Erected scaffolding in my property without my consent and it’s still there after 6 months. I’ve called multiple times asking for it to be removed and they keep saying they need more time with lame excuses. Lied to me on the phone and said it wasn’t them who arranged the scaffolding. When you email an agent they ignore you. Do not trust them.
