Thank you for your review Henry. Unfortunately, we don't understand the concern. An inventory is a document containing text and photographs, which you are given to sign. It simply isn't possible to lie about something that is in front of you. Please feel free to get in touch with the office if you want to discuss your concerns.

GoogleBeen two months and had multiple emails about deposit ignored. Students beware and NEVER ever go with them. They know what they are doing taking advantage of students who can be as young as 18. I'm still pestering them to get our deposits back and we are getting less than half. ( if we ever receive it)

GoogleMoved in with Eightfold this year and they have been amazing! They respond speedily to maintenance issues and are always at the end of the phone if you need anything :)

GoogleThis is actually “Brighton Accommodation Agency” don’t let this fool you. Service is terrible and leave you without heating for months etc. They changed their name because of all the bad reviews they were getting.

Hi Daisy, we don't seem to have any record of you being a tenant or landlord of ours. Please get in touch with the office and we will happily discuss your grievance. Yes, we have changed our name due to changes in our business which rendered the previous name a little ridiculous. Had those changes not happened, we would have kept the name. This is something we have made no secret of and further details can be found on our website.

My brother recently moved out of a property managed by Eightfold. He had no issues at all. Communication was good and all staff were friendly and helpful. They have a good system to report faults and repairs were made in a reasonable time frame too. The moving out was managed well also. Would not hesitate to use them.
