I was initially unsure about using a large chain as I have prefered using small local agents in the past but they were marketing the house we wanted to buy so it made sense to use them. I have had my mind changed though. Ebba at the Fiveways office has been outstanding from start to finish with regular updates and keeping a dialogue across the whole chain. It has been somewhat challenging moving through the Covid lockdown but she has helped make the process as straightforward as possible and I cannot thank her enough for her hard work and support. If you are moving around Brighton then go and talk to Ebba!
