We have been delighted with the service provided by Cubitt and West when selling our flat in Hove. The initial viewing was prompt and informative and we provided with all the options and costs associated with the sale. An open day was arranged, their sales agent met with prospective buyers a we received an acceptable offer shortly after. The sales process has been managed well and we were kept up to date with developments as they happened. We have now exchanged and complete in a few days. Absolutely fantastic experience, Ebba and the C&W Fiveways team couldn't have been more attentive and helpful from start to finish. They were so proactive getting multiple viewings straight away on our flat, have a brilliant custome system so you can instantly view viewings feedback and any offers that come through, but Ebba would call me after every day of viewings anyway to pass on the feedback which was so appreciated. The team were able to secure 5 offers within 3 weeks for me on my flat, the accepted one at asking price, and when it progressed through to conveyancing Cubitt & West introduced me to their sales progressor, Garry, who was great at keeping me updated with how it was all going on the legal side. I wouldn't work with any other estate agency in the area after such a positive experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell in Sussex!

I contacted Cubitt & West in order for them to put my house up for sale. I was visited by Ebba Morley (Branch Partner) from the Fiveways, Brighton Branch. Emma (and her associates) were first class to deal with. They constantly kept in touch even if there were no viewings to confirm. Ebba rang me on a weekly basis and was always offering advice and asking if she could help in any way. Ebba and her colleagues arranged many viewings of our house but unfortunately none of them brought forth an offer. However, I have to say that Emma and her colleagues at Cubitt and West were fantastically helpful, always friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble.
