Ebba at C&W not only recommended a notably higher price, but among a stream viewings she found buyers that would pay more than the asking price! We have nothing but praise for the way Ebba and Veronica walked us through the process during selling and after - a welcome contrast to our experience with agents up the chain who would not return calls or emails, every query sent to C&W got a reply within hours, every time somebody in the office was away, the rest of the team were up to date and could access our file if we had queries (another glaring contrast to our experience with AN Other).
