We chose to use Cubitt & West Fiveways to sell our flat as we had bought the flat from them five years earlier and had been impressed. We were not disappointed - from the very beginning, our experience was excellent. The photographs and marketing of the flat were very high quality and we had multiple viewings leading to offers on our open day. Unfortunately, due to Covid, our chain fell through more than once for reasons out of our control. Every time, the team at Cubitt and West Fiveways were reassuring and found us new buyers very quickly. Each member of staff was highly professional and friendly - we always felt valued and knew everyone had our best interests in mind, rather than simply looking for a quick sale. The team were very communicative, gave great advice and were easy to get hold of whenever we had a question. During the time that we were selling, we mostly dealt with Ebba Morley, the senior branch manager. Ebba was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, professional and kind - she went above and beyond to help us secure the right buyer and even advised us with our onward purchase which was through a different estate agent. Due to Covid, the process of selling our flat took longer than originally expected but the quality of service we received never dropped. I chose Cubitt and West despite the fact that they were the most expensive. I had confidence that Ebba would sell my house and, in the end, got £10k more for it than the middle quote I had received from other estate agents. As well as this, I received support (legal and emotional!!) whenever I popped into the branch. One of the other reasons I choose CW was because of the other branches across Brighton - in the end I also bought through them and had excellent support when buying as well. The CW Sales Progressor also gave me weekly updates throughout the process, and certainly got answers more quickly from the solicitors than I ever could!! Would definitely recommend - thank you Ebba and Jess!
