GoogleWe bought our first home with Cubitt and West as our managing agents. They were always on hand at every call/email and remained comepletly neutral in assisting with the purchase/sale. Towards the end we spoke daily on the phone to Jess who was great in assisting and reassuring us which is all you need sometimes! We previously had a purchase fall through with a different estate agent who were not as approachable or accommodating as Cubitt and West were. As first time buyers we could not recommend the fiveways office more. Very happy with te service overall and the end product!

At times when you become overwhelmed with all that selling a property entails, she was calm, kind and reassuring, taking the stress away and bringing clarity to the process. GoogleI had heard some bad reviews of Cubitt and West. However, when you are purchasing a property you obviously get no say in the estate agent. Speak as you find though, they were absolutely brilliant. Veronica, particularly, made an exceptional effort to keep us updated throughout the whole process of buying our first house and did all of the chasing for us. I didn’t really need to lift a finger. The purchase took a lot longer than I’d hoped due to delays with the vendor but Cubitt and west did all the could to help hurry things along. Very happy.

GoogleReading the other reviews its clear I'm not the only one who hates these unsolicited txt messages. I also want to be removed from your marketing list. I do not want these messages, I did not sign up for them. The fact I have to go to these lengths and even phone up your branch to get you to stop harassing me is ridiculous.

Were really helpful in finding the right place for us and worked well with their other branches to extend the search beyond their own area.
