Their market knowledge was spot on & the advertising on my property was of a very high quality. At the risk of leaving someone out I want to mention Samin who kept the lines of communication open at all times with the buyer and with me. George, too, who made himself available at very short notice and alerted me to a problem.

Chelsea Lee at the Preston Park office was fantastic!Me and my partner have just bought our first property, this was a momentous and often stressful time for us, however the dedication of Chelsea to go above and beyond to put our minds at ease and made us hang in there! Whenever we had a query, Chelsea would often be able to return to us that same day with the clarification we needed. We really appreciate how hard she worked to maintain that our sale was completed within the limit of our mortgage offer, this was particularly difficult due to unforeseen set backs up the chain. We can't thank her enough for playing a pivotal role in us now owning our dream flat!

Really stress-free sale - very professional, always kept us informed and were instantly there when an issue did come up. They organised professional cleaners after our move and then inspected the property afterwards as we had left 4 days earlier.Good marketing - on all the portals - and always accompanied prospects, then gave feedback.No hesitation in fully recommending them.
