Google(They asked me to review before I had my deposit and I gave 5 starts before! They are very cheeky and now I have edited my review) Avoid this guys. Lies after lies...just to charge you something before they give your deposit back. My advice to prevent similar situation: Make sure you have someone from the agency with you when you leave the flat, so that they won't be able to make up some excuse and trick you. Please be aware and protect your money.

Manager never in when I telephoned. Many lies told, no customer service, even when I raised some on going issues as a complaint. It did not bother anyone that potentially I had lost almost thirty thousand pounds, when too aborted sales came and went, and nobody showed the slightest bit of concern.

Think before you send your passport, driving licence and details of your financial accounts to this lot. I found them very unpleasant and untrustworthy. The manager became aggressive with me when I refused to increase an offer, started shouting at me and then flung the phone down. Very unprofessional.

GoogleKing and Chasemore are owned by the uk's largest estate/letting agents but you get the impression that the branch is run by an a local independent team.So friendly and efficient i can not fault them.As a landlord i highly recommend the Hove branch
