Maddison and Claire at the Southsea office have been a pleasure to work with on the sale and purchase of our new home. They reacted so quickly, efficiently and most of all honestly to move things at the pace required and were very kind and helpful along the way. We would definitely recommend using Cubitt and West in Southsea.

GoogleI originally bought a property via the Cubitt & West Fiveways team, and had such a good experience that they were my go-to agents when the time came to sell. They did not disappoint, and were friendly, responsive and delivered the required results with calm professionalism, despite numerous hiccups on the journey. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

TrustpilotCubitt and West were excellent!
Cubitt and West were great for us. They achieved far more for the sale of our home than we expected and Julie in particular was very helpful with communication up and down the chain as we moved towards exchange. They were also very good indeed for our son when he moved.

GoogleI had heard some bad reviews of Cubitt and West. However, when you are purchasing a property you obviously get no say in the estate agent. Speak as you find though, they were absolutely brilliant. Veronica, particularly, made an exceptional effort to keep us updated throughout the whole process of buying our first house and did all of the chasing for us. I didn’t really need to lift a finger. The purchase took a lot longer than I’d hoped due to delays with the vendor but Cubitt and west did all the could to help hurry things along. Very happy.

TrustpilotThank you Scott
Scott B was super friendly and helpful when I was starting out on my house hunting journey! He listened to what I was interested in and was really quick to respond to my questions. He also listened to my needs around how I could be contacted due to shift work which I appreciated. He kept in contact but wasn't pushy which was great. My perfect property came out of the blue from a different place, but Scott really has been a joy to interact with - thanks for all your help.
