Perhaps the most important factor has been their timely and detailed communication guiding myself and my buyer through the process . I was extremely impressed with the excellent communication throughout where they answered all of my questions thoroughly and expertly. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

Southsea cradle to grave support. The Southsea branch helped me buy my house and years later sell it. Both times, the other half were slow and difficult but the team supported, advised and worked in my favour. Their advice is always well considered and they do not over promise and undersell. If I ever returned to Southsea, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them.

TrustpilotA Scammer to Avoid!! Violation of Confidentiality!
I sent an inquiry of the lease length of a property in Littlehampton. This agent kept sending me text messages (asking me to call them back) without my permission. They gathered unnecessary personal information including my residential address, email address, telephone number, and even date of birth. I did not feel right by the sound of the person on the phone. I refused to give my date of birth. The agent then said 'then I am not able to help you'. They refused to tell me the length of the lease of the property which is just the basic information when I declined to reveal further of my personal information. The whole conversation caused a lot of discomfort and distress. They are nothing more than a scammer! It is a violation of confidentiality when gathering excessive information from any customer! Be careful!! Avoid this scammer!!!

When I moved into property cubit and west people were so nice and helpful but when I left the property, I had the worst experience with this agency and they only favour landlords and no say for tenants at all. For tiny repairs they took almost half of my deposit money instead having it repaired charged me for full replacement like beaded cord for blind which is for under £10 they deducted from deposit £228 and similarly for small scratch on platform they deducted £180 and curtain hook was loose, they deducted £84. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE AND THE WORST AGENCY

I came into some difficulties with my situation renting a property through Cubitt and West; all I can say is how wonderful, kind, helpful, genuinely concerned and caring people that Bethany Shepheard and Ryan Marsden are for helping me in that situation. They were very friendly, helpful and professional; informing me at every stage of the situation, but with genuine compassion. They both are a fantastic addition to the Cubitt and West team; to their bosses, a simple message from me: “don’t let them go, please give them a decent pay rise!”

GoogleEbba and her 5ways team were so helpful during the sale of our house. At times when you become overwhelmed with all that selling a property entails, she was calm, kind and reassuring, taking the stress away and bringing clarity to the process. I would highly recommend them if you are thinking of selling, they are very proactive and communicate regularly with you which is essential.
