House Viewing

Ciaran made the house viewing worth while. A very enterprising personnel, patient enough to explain in details, with great communication skills. Great job you did!

Good staff

During the long process of buying a property, I found everyone that I dealt with to be friendly and professional at all times. Julie, with whom I had the most frequent contact, did a great job. She was always prompt when responding to any enquiries and was never less than helpful and really pleasant in communications.

Cubitt & West are a very professional firm - a delight to deal with

I have found Cubitt & West branch at Littlehampton to be a very good team to deal with. I am an experienced property investor and the business-like approach and efficiency are very impressive. I would have no problem in highly recommending this team to any vendor and purchaser.

We have been so happy with the service we have received from start to finish. The Southsea branch have been fantastic. Samara, in particular has been great, she kept us updated throughout and always answered any questions we had quickly and efficiently, nothing was too much trouble.

Good experience from Cubitt & West

My first experience going through the process of buying a house. It’s been a rollercoaster journey however Cubitt & West have provided a excellent service from the start to the very end and we now have our first home. Julie Bramble has kept us in the loop with the whole process and has been excellent.

If I could leave 10 stars I would

If I could leave 10 stars I would, exceptional service from first contact to a congratulary phone call after we moved. Our sale and completion only took 9 weeks which went so smoothly, Liam and Scott communicated regularly throughout keeping us updated and reassured . Very highly recommended company.

Can't praise them highly enough.

Can't praise C&W in North End highly enough. Zoey, Michelle and Julie took care of my Mother's house sale from start to finish. I was kept fully informed right the way through. A very professional, but friendly team and I would highly recommend them to all

Superb, personal service!

I found myself in a situation where I was unexpectedly needing to rent and I can say that Chris at their Bognor office definitely went above and beyond to help, a superb experience from start to finish. I can't fault how proactive (and reactive depending on direction) they've been. All in all, given the pressures etc - 2 weeks from first contact (not even about the house I'm now renting) to being in a house that I couldn't be happier with is outstanding.

Reading the other reviews its clear I'm not the only one who hates these unsolicited txt messages. I also want to be removed from your marketing list. I do not want these messages, I did not sign up for them. The fact I have to go to these lengths and even phone up your branch to get you to stop harassing me is ridiculous.

Great Job Southsea!

Maddison, Claire and Martha are absolute stars! From initial phone calls through to selling my home they were a pleasure to work with. They kept me upto date and with a caring and friendly attitude though out which was really appreciated. I whole heartily recommend the Southsea office for a stress free service. 😁

Ebba and her charming team worked tirelessly to sell our place in a transaction that, shall we say, had its hitches - and in a difficult market due to Brexit woes. Everyone worked so diligently but special thanks are due to Angela, for ingenuity and dogged determination in getting the deal over the line in the nick of time.

A real pleasure to deal with. Professional service without all the 'hard sell' you get from other agents. Were really helpful in finding the right place for us and worked well with their other branches to extend the search beyond their own area. Well informed when showing us around houses and had excellent local knowledge to draw on. Would definitely use C&W again.
