GoogleBelvoir have got a professional team and is always there to help. I have been in contact with alomost all of them and have always dealth with nicely and friendly. Our move was a difficult one because of some unexpected issues in the property which was beyond their control too but they went out of the way to help us with this. And a 'thank you card' was an act of true grace. Definitely recommended.

GoogleIn the plentiful space of letting agents , they just do not come any better than Chris Radford. This is a stand up sort of guy, not interested in the hard sell but in the old fashioned ideal that if he makes his customer happy the word will spread, and indeed it has. I would not hesitate to use Chris and his Company again. He is honest and trustworthy and will not steer you wrong. !

Hi Hayat, I understand that you tried to book a viewing for a property which had subsequently been secured by another applicant. Whilst we understand how disappointing this is, as soon as our client has agreed and a holding fee has been paid, we have to cancel all viewings. My colleague let you know as soon as possible and tried to advise of other properties. We wish you all the best with your property search.

We always endeavour to give as much notice for any cancelled viewings where we can, and look to do so in a timely manner. This clearly didn't happen in this instance, and we will do what we can to ensure this doesn't happen again.

GoogleWe've been renting with Belvoir for over 6 months now - they've been really friendly and helpful with everything we've been in contact about, from securing and negotiating moving into the flat on our behalf, to boiler issues and a rogue squirrel. I have moved with many different letting agents in Brighton and Hove and they are by far the most professional and friendly I have ever encountered.
