The office is run professionally and efficiently and the team is very helpful and go the extra mile for anyone that walks through the door. GoogleThe worst rental experience we have ever had.
Hi Ashley-Raye, We apologise that things did not go as planned throughout your tenancy and are aware that the maintenance and work needed to the flat did cause some significant inconvenience during your tenancy. We tried to make arrangements for the work to be as unobtrusive as possible and make arrangements for you whilst this was going on. I believe you were advised and kept up to date with the work whilst this was going on. We will take the feedback on board.

Being a novice at flat letting, Lizzy and Wai have kept me informed and have taken the stress out of anything that has needed dealing with. I've had two sets of tenants, both of which have been great. I'm very satisfied with the service I'm receiving.

GoogleThe Belvoir people are the most professional Letting Agents I have worked with. They are knowledgable, professional, motivated and friendly, and went the extra mile without being asked. I would never look elsewhere now. I continue to use Belvoir, the service from the new team is outstanding. Excellent value, service driven and definitely still the best Letting Agents I have worked with.

GoogleBad service, stay away! Staff are clueless, unhelpful and rude. Didn't bother turning up for a confirmed viewing, didn't even apologise. Don't use them.
Thanks for leaving the feedback. As you can imagine we always try to ensure that we provide an exceptional service experience and in this instance this has not been the case. I believe there was a unfortunate mix up in the calendar when booking this viewing in which caused the problem and my colleague tried to resolve with you but unfortunately was not able to find another suitable time to book this appointment in as you had other viewings planned for the day. I will speak with the team to look at ways we can avoid this situation happening again.

GoogleWe were a group of 7 adults + 1 baby. The restaurant was really busy so we had to squeeze a bit between tables - we did book in advance. But despite the reduced space, service was great and food was delicious. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend and go back.
