Maintained regular phone contact to support my search for a property and kept me updated when potential properties that met my requirements were being marketed. Did an outstanding job to ensure property purchase went smoothly liaising with vendor and solicitors to help keep the sale on track. Everyone at the branch was friendly and approachable and if I ever decide to move again they will be the agent I would choose to handle the sale of my property.

GoogleI have previously sold my own property with Goadsby so was happy to use them to conduct the sale of my Mother's house when it needed to be sold. It was just as lockdown got going but the staff there did everything they could to make the sale as smooth as possible. I was kept informed of progress and always was told about viewings - including feedback. As we were selling at a distance the fact that George took final meter reading for me was greatly appreciated. GoogleExcellent service I would recommend HOWEVER the ''progressive sales '' pitch totally spoilt the move. Every week, sometimes twice a week, someone from Goadsby, someone from my solicitor and someone from Miles & Barr would telephone to ''move'' things along. Especially with my Magna hiatus the pressure was unpleasant and ongoing. Always courteous but relentless ........not nice.

We do appreciate and acknowledge your comments regarding the progression of your sale and whilst we pride ourselves on our proactive approach, our industry as a whole does fall short far too many times on the lack of 'communication' front. We make no apologies for contacting our clients on a weekly basis to keep them informed of progress whether they are buying or selling. In this instance it would appear that you were also updated regularly by your solicitor and the agent you were purchasing from and we can appreciate that this may have become overwhelming for you. If you had let us know this at the time we would have aligned our updates in a more acceptable timeframe for you. Nevertheless we are pleased we were able to assist you with your sale and wish you well in your new home. Kind regards.

GoogleWe started off with Goadsby in May of 2019 selling our property in Bridport!!! We liaised with a Mr Mark Godfrey and from time to time a Mr George Foulkes! During the time they have had our house on the market there were many obstacles n hurdles but in spite of all of those( none of which were their doing) they carried out their assignment with professionalism and courtesy!! Their attention to detail was exemplary!! Mr Godfrey always being able for our questions and concerns!! And now that our house is sold we just want to say Thanku for all your very hard work!!
