Wastage of time.

Wasted My time in the name of referencing. If some one is living in UK on a permanent job role and also home office gives a right to rent. Still most of the letting agents doesn’t gets satisfied. If a person have good credit history then what’s the problem. Or it’s only because I am an Asian and cannot get a property to rent.

Absolutely appalling

We are stuck in a six link chain; four of which are with goadsbys. They lie, they won’t talk to you, they don’t have a clue how to progress things and are having to take direction from the other agent in the chain, they are rude and so unhelpful. Five months we’ve been waiting; delay after delay, lie after lie. It’s like walking uphill through quick sand.

Worst letting agents ever

Goadsby is the worst in terms of the way they treat people. The whole trauma they subject me to is beyond words, and I won't go the details of it. Let's just say that it lasted a whole 8 months of endless communication with them getting them to allow me to terminate my contract, return my deposit etc etc. And in all these communications, they were distasteful, disrespectful, offensive, unprofessional. So much that they even accidentally copied me on email replies amongst other colleagues where they were being spiteful, even condescending about me. Avoid them!

Let down lettings

I had a really bad experience with Carol from the Eastleigh estate agents. She cancelled our viewing 2 hours before when she had plenty of time to give us more notice, she had no idea what was going on and gave the impression she couldn’t care less and I could of booked somewhere else and not wasted my time. She didn’t even sound bothered on the phone. Very unprofessional service and I will not be using again!

Another succeful sale by Goadsby.This will be the second time we have used Goadsby in Bridport to sell a house for us.Both times the houses were sold within a few weeks of being on the market. Their pro active approach, exposing our property to a wide range of potential buyers.Both times the buyers have not been local people.This shows how well the agents have marketed their properties within local areas and also much further afield attracting the outer London markets.Their photos were very very good and their service both times,honest,polite,inclusive and well informed as a team.We were in contact with Mark and Faye with the majority of our sale and communications,and we highly recommend them.Their service and knowledge give a definite edge on getting viewings,not just any viewings,but the correct interested viewings, with buying potential.
