GoogleThe worst agency I had ever. In 1.5 year couldn't fix garage door, everything broken, don't keep a word. Finding way to take money from deposit. Don't recommend to anyone.
Dear Mr Korkutis, we are disappointed to receive your review but must point out some facts. The property was completely redecorated and refurnished prior to the tenancy. A full inventory was taken at the start of the tenancy and unfortunately the property wasn't vacated in a like for like condition. Hence, the deduction from the deposit was mutually agreed in order to put the property back to the original condition. We can confirm that all maintenance issues when reported were dealt with as soon as possible as instructed by the landlord. With reference to the garage, at no point was the property advertised as having the use of the garage, but was intended to provide access to the back lane (not as a storage facility). Discrimination against disabled clients. Not entitled to cheapest accomodation on the market because I don't earn over 21k. Fobbed off to the council who won't help either.
