Dear Miss Duke, Further to our initial response, we have now had the opportunity of looking into this matter more thoroughly to understand what prompted your negative review of our services. We understand that your parents were purchasing a property through our Bridgwater office and unfortunately prior to completion, their selling agents released the keys to their buyers. There was then an unforeseen delay in completion and this left them without accommodation for a period of time. Please understand that with our refusal to release the keys of our property to your parents, we were protecting the best interests of our client, as their agents should have done also. Please be assured we did everything in our power to help.
