GoogleEmily has been amazing throughout this process for us, even though it hasn't been as straight forward as we had hoped. She has always kept in touch and kept us updated. She's a pleasure to speak to on the phone and via email. We have had a few problems with trying to get information/updates from other members of the team at Gibbins Richards when Emily has been on annual leave, but other than that, it has been fine! Thank you for all your help Emily and hopefully the next few months will be a smoother process 😊

GoogleI can’t say a big enough thank you to Emily and the team at the Bridgwater branch for helping my wife and I through our move. Our move was difficult from the off as we found we had legal problems from 15 years ago which took nearly 9 months to complete, Although frustrating this was less of a problem with having Both Emily and Nicola’s experience and expertise to hand. Would definitely recommend Gibbons Richards to anyone thinking of moving home in the future!!

GoogleExtremely BAD experiences throughout the buying process. Every question you asked during/ prior viewing their standard answer is 'oh i dont actually know' or 'i will get back to you' and then never. Rushing you to finish viewing even you travel down to view a house. Have to chase your life to call/ email again and again for a simple answer. Even offer accepted with memorandum of sale in place, agents still agreed another sales behind your back so you lost the property. A complete waste of time, terribly unprofessional firm.

Unfortunately after you then tried to lower your offer my client lost trust in your reliability and instructed us to accept another offer from a previous interested party.

GoogleGibbins Richards were great during our house search. Emily put us in touch with a great mortgage advisor that saw us through until the end and regularly kept us up to date on suitable houses in our budget. Sadly the property we wanted to buy was through a different estate agent and we didn’t have such a great experience with this other agent. Once we have completed our renovations on this house and are ready to sell, we’ll come back to gibbins Richards

The support they provided myself during the sale of my property was outstanding especially Nicola, Nicola and the team provided reassurance to both parties and resolved issues which enables the sale to proceed without concern. GoogleCould not be happier with the service provided by Gibbins Richards (Bridgwater team). As a first time buyer they made their part of the process easy and straightforward and were always available to either quickly respond to emails or pick up the phone (even in covid lockdown). Tom was great and gave us all the information we needed. Once lockdown came we were passed to Nicola, who I think without her chasing the solicitors (when the seller and I had exhausted all other options) we would not yet be anywhere near completion. But thanks to Nicola we are currently settling into our new home! Also, a huge thank you for the bottle of bubbly on completion!
