GoogleBooked in to view a property this morning after confirming with EF yesterday via email. Was at the property waiting for 15min. After getting through to the office we were told that the girl we had arranged the viewing with was off today and that the property had infact been sold. Apprently on the notes a voice mail was left. This was a lie as no calls were received and no messages were left. With all that is going on i think it is disgusting to arrange appointments when we are in a lock down to not show up and to not contact the customer and then lie about it. Utterly disgusted with the service. Would not recommend at all.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Hi Emily. Sorry you feel this way but we were simply acting upon our vendors instructions, the decision to cancel your appointment was not ours to make. It was me who personally left you the voicemail at 13.56 (according to my phone log) yesterday in the hope that you had ample notice of the cancellation today. We do have another similar apartment coming on to the market within the next week or so if you would like to be kept informed of this one, please let us know... Ben (Director)

GoogleIn a muddy and rainy day came in with her shoes, walked into the hour on carpets not caring at all. Introduced herself as she has 13 or 15 year experience i don't remember. But she valued the house compared to my neighbours house regardless of the size of the house plot, the garage, the house position and she extra's that come with it. I was not able to comment because the valuer though she knows better. It's like comparing a Lamborghini with Fiat 124 Spider as the same because both have two seats. Not given a chance to comment thinking that she knows it all and we know nothing. Contacted the estate agent, they support her valuations and happy with what she does. By the way my house was valued just before the difference was £23000. In my opinion this is good for them to sell quick and make money but very bad for the seller. Wasted our time. Dear Mr Moumni. Firstly i would like to thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, I am sorry to read that you weren't happy with the appraisal that we carried out on your home. When we give a property valuation we give an honest opinion based both on local market conditions and on comparables of other similar homes that have sold in the immediate area. My colleague that came out to see you is very experienced and has helped many residents in your location move home. There is often a quite a contrast between estate agents valuations which is why the industry guidance is to get more than one opinion. It is common practice for some of our competitors to over-value and then chip away at the price as their long contract term pans out. This is not a tactic that we employ at GR as its proven that the best price is usually achieved within the first 6-8 weeks of marketing. I hope this makes sense. Excellent communication throughout and the conveyancing process was very smooth with regular updates throughout and no need to chase which felt like a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!
