We felt that we made it to the end because of the marvellous Paul M....he was honest, open with his views and chats and worked really hard to keep things upbeat. After a horrible 10 months we finally completed and moved. Thank you Paul, you were brilliant...all those years of experience definitely counted.

I would highly recommend Gibbins Richards on my experience with them. From first meeting Paul who valued and realistically priced our property to eventually selling over what we're some bumps in the road. Nicola was there at every turn and supported and guided me. As first-time buyers, we were really excited to go through this journey and did everything we could to make the process smooth, we never chased, complained, or made things difficult. Leading up to completion, we asked about collecting the keys and were told they’d just be left in the key box. And pushed for that to be the case. While this felt a bit impersonal, we didn’t think too much of it at the time. We did also mention that we would prefer to pick them up in person multiple times. Fast forward, keys ended up being left at the property. What really disappointed us was the complete lack of acknowledgment. No card, no congratulations, not even a printed email left at the property to say “welcome” or “congratulations.” It felt like we were just another transaction. We initially thought maybe this was just how they handled things. However, we found out that friends of ours, both recently this month and one a year ago received champagne, even tote bags from the same estate agent. That made it clear we were treated differently, and honestly, it felt rude, disappointing and upsetting. Buying your first home is a big deal a small gesture would’ve gone a long way.

Last year we have put our property for sale with another agency. Was very disappointed. Then we gave a call to Gibbins Richards. And from a first conversation up to today , when we have handled our keys in as property was sold - there was not to much a trouble for them at all. Always polite, always updating with information what’s happening they made our dream to come through- sell house and go on adventure. Soon as we had first conversation- Ben was in - had valuation. Next thing we knew - photographs and video was taken - even from above the sky to make it all attractive and to show all hidden gem for potential buyers.
