I chose Brightest Move last year due to the reviews. The first thing Martin asked me was what do you want from your estate agent? I said Communication and guidance. I got both front the minute I chose Brightest Move. Martin made contact on a weekly basis and was amazing when things started to go sideways. Martin and the team fought our corner and took all the stess away from me the seller. The business is well organised and would be the only estate agent I would and have already recommended to family and friends.

As a Landlord for many years I have often come into contact with Estate and Lettings Agency. Many of these experiences have been far from good, and so when receiving out of the ordinary service from an Agent, it merits a review. The Bridgwater branch of this Agent were always available, polite, and efficient. I used mainly the Letting side of this Agency which is run by Emily. She is extremely professional and driven. The service provided was exceptional and she achieved everything we set out to achieve in the shortest possible time. She has detailed local knowledge and handles every aspect of tenancy and property letting. An excellent service for both landlord and tenant and I shall certainly use this office again when required. I would strongly recommend this Agent for lettings in preference to some of the more well known specialist lettings agents who were not able to provide the service that I required.
