A real breath of fresh air!! Having experienced five lettings agents in the past 26 years, who have all let me down (mainly by taking advantage of the fact that I am an 'absent landlord') I'm very pleased to have had Brightest Move recommended to me by someone who has several properties managed by them and is extremely happy with their services. I have been looking for a property to rent in Bridgwater, and I have come into contact with several Agencies. I arranged a view for a property with Brightest Move, and Emily assisted me. After the first appointment I realized Emily is very professional, polite and very efficient. Emily answered all my questions related to estimated additional costs apart from the rental. Some days before I had arranged a view for other property with other Agency and I asked the agent the same questions I asked to Emily, and the answer was "look it up on the internet"... no comments are needed. Emily was very helpful and always answered my questions promptly. Emily did the paperwork really fast. I have been very lucky to contact her. I am an accredited licenced Sedgmoor landlord, have been a LL 20 years, with a portfolio over several counties. Having invested in my first HMO jointly and purchased it through BM I met Emily and the team 18 months ago. Every interaction was positive, supportive and knowledgeable. HMO management is specialist, although I've done a course and manage 80% of my standard portfolio I was so impressed with Emily I accepted her ideas and am very happy with the results. It's not been an easy process, it's is not for the faint hearted and my first child was born a year ago. The house checks and management of arising issues have gone smoothly. I'm still a very hands on LL and Emily has embraced my own unique approach taking on what I can't do and allowing me to do the maintenance etc. I can't thank Emily enough plus the team around her are helpful and supportive too.
