I have Finally completed my first house purchase ! A special Thank you to Leon, My estate agent! who was bloody brilliant from start to finish. This man has been my rock throughout this entire process and i'm not sure id of kept sane without his support and communication throughout. Leon went above and beyond during the process of my purchase, he is an absolute delight to be around and communicate with. Nothing was ever to much of an ask! Would highly recommend Leon to anyone and everyone!

I use Brightestmove Bridgwater as a Lettings agent. They are friendly and efficient. However individual service charges are high and they are not trained in property management. They rely heavily on tradesmen advice and do not have the skill to reject poor advice. Charges made do not tally with the agreement. As a result their own statements need to be carefully checked and any maintenance work closely scrutinized. Fees for gas checks were 20 % greater than the agreement. Plumber and Electrician advice led to unnecessary expense. The shortcomings have led to a planned exit from their service.

These people are awesome We recently had to sell a property and chose brightest move as our agents and we made the right choice. Martin and the team were brilliant and worked tirelessly to sell our property the communication was amazing and Martin was the driving force to getting the place sold he chased the buyer and their solicitor and mostly our solicitor and without his efforts I feel it would still be on the market. If you think you can do it yourself online think again you need someone like brightest move to drive it through it was worth every penny and was very reasonable priced they certainly earned their money on this sale. Finally found accommodation to rent for myself through Brightest move to enable me to continue my job. Lacey was brilliant in helping the process go smoothly and quickly, especially since I was ill throughout the move and with very limited time before having to move. Bought my first rental property 18 months ago with Brightest Move and Martin made the purchase run smoothly and was always on hand for any issues I may have had. Decided to stay with them for the rental side and I can not speak highly enough of Emily and her team. They are always able to provide me with help and advice, sort out all issues with the property and have a wide and highly efficient team of maintenance contractors in their books.
