Want the best Estate Agent?

After three firms of Brentwood Agents tried and failed to sell my house Monique from Douglas Allen in Brentwood came along and within a few days my property was sold. Monique provided a highly professional service with viewings arranged within days of being instructed and before it was even on Rightmove. She provided me with full feedback on every viewing and kept in touch regularly up to exchange contracts. I am now in my new home thanks to her excellent service. She told me she was not there to sell my house but to get me moved and she certainly succeeded. If you are wanting to sell your house and move then contact Monique at Douglas Allen - worth every penny.

I came to visit Michael in the Chadwell Heath branch and was impressed by the vibrant energy of the branch from when I worked in the door . We sat down and went through potential properties and he introduced me to the VIP service which was well explained and think that this can benefit me in my property search I have been into many agents but I can say Chadwell Heath branch shows top class service and I would highly recommend because they actually seem like they want to HELP I look forward to purchasing through Douglas AllenM

Over the years he learnt about our criterias and what we were looking for in a house. He would often get us to view houses before they went onto the market with our criteria in mind. I have had a great experience so far with Douglas Allen for the purchase of a flat. I have been mainly dealing with Maria Ticehurst, who has provided invaluable professional advice in the purchase especially as I am a first time buyer this support has been essential for me and helped me make my decision. So far, all communication has been quick and detailed and I have been informed off all steps which has given me piece of mind on the stages of the process. He patiently took the time to answer all your questions with honesty and even offered additional advice to improve the selling price of my property. He knows his stuff and have given me detailed, honest advice with my best interests at heart and I have now walked away from this conversation with him with a definitive strategy.

Unprofessional! Dishonest staff.

Unprofessional! Tried to arrange a viewing of a property with this estate agent - Chadwell Heath office. They took our details at the beginning of the week - that we're not in a chain, mortgage in place, budget etc. Agent told us he would get back to us about a viewing. Didn't hear anything at the end of the day or following morning. So I called and enquired what's happening? They said they were trying to sort out a date with the seller. This went on all week always the same reply. We have not had this experience with any other agent; a long delay in sorting out a viewing or not being forthcoming with information as we asked is the property 'under offer'. Friday afternoon my husband calls again same thing. Later this evening I see the property shows on a website as 'sold stc'. They wasted our time by not just sharing basic information that an offer is being considered. Many other agents have the decency and professionalism to do this. Told a few other people this evening what happened and when I told them who the agent was. They all had negative experiences of this estate agent. Spoke to several of their staff over the week between my husband and I. Hope this makes others aware what they're like and they'll waste your time.

I telephoned Douglas Allen Chingford, whilst on my way to view new property's in Wellingborough. The reason I contacted DA was because I had purchased in 2005 and was extremely happy with the service. That day an appointment was made for a valuation for James and Kaitlin to come round. They visited me last Friday and within less than a week I have had over 8 viewings without it even being online or pictures being taken. I have an offer already which is absolutely amazing. A highly proactive and organised team

I have been so impressed by the Douglas Allen team at Walthamstow during the purchase of our new home. Laura in particular has been really efficient and helpful at arranging access for us into the property and at returning my calls and emails. At every stage, calls and emails have been returned quickly, with helpful responses. Laura even called me after our offer was accepted to congratulate me, which has never happened before with any of our previous sales. I've really felt like I've had my hands held through this entire process, instead of it being something I've had to chase in order to get anything done. which has been my experience with other real estate agents in the past. In all, a highly proactive and organised team, which I highly recommend :-)
