Friendly and professional storage facility

Have used this storage facility when it was SMC Storage but it recently became Cinch Storage. It's less than a week since we resumed storage and we were delighted to find Stuart, a former member of the SMC staff, was still running the office. He welcomed us back and, as a Cinch employee, is showing the same dedication to its efficient running. He is always extremely friendly, helpful and courteous - thoroughly recommend the facility.

Huntingdon branch fantasticI have had 2 months between houses and had to store all belongings in 3 units. The team at Cinch in Huntingdon - Stuart, Alison and Nav - have been fantastic. Always really helpful and friendly and it's been an absolute pleasure dealing with them.Units are great too - I used indoor ones - 24 hour easy access, clean, and all sizes to suit needs.

Took a lot of the stress out of moving home

Responsive and helpful customer service, particularly from Jason. Took receipt of delivery on large bulky items which meant I could get items delivered straight to the storage unit rather than hire a van and move to the unit myself. Reasonable and competitive prices. Good storage choices and availability. Good accessibility (24hrs and staffed 8am-6pm most days) with close parking onsite and plenty of trolleys to move furniture. Large goods lift easy to operate and always in working condition.Couldn’t fault the service received, so would definitely use again, and recommend to others.

Recently hired out a unit from Cinch Storage in Brentwood. From the start the communication was fantastic and everything was explained to me in detail about finding the best unit size for me. Had a great 12 weeks discount which was a great help for me due to being on basic maternity pay. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Jake has always been great at answering my questions and responding in a quick and timely manner. I 100% recommend them as a place to store all your excess items, funiture or other possessions that you no longer have space for.

The whole process of storing the contents of a small outhouse that I was having renovated was made easier by the helpful attitude of manager (Jason) He explained the likely cost and the way the system worked clearly to myself as one who had never used self storage.Cost for 4 weeks was half price and fitted my requirements exactly.
