I've been extremely impressed by Cinch Self Storage in Bicester. I recently moved there from another storage company who were far more expensive and not nearly as professional. The place looks new and clean and the staff I dealt with (Andy & Nigel) were both helpful and friendly. They were even willing to stay open after closing time, when I was delayed with a car full of stuff. It's rare to find companies willing to go that extra mile!

I had to use Cinch for things that were left over when I moved home. They were so friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble for them. I was almost sad to leave! Andrew is the star of the show and will go above and beyond to help you with your stuff!

GoogleWe arranged to use this facility for storage, from the outset they give us incorrect information (if fact told us lies) we were told that we would be able to access the facility on Sunday... which we could not! We were also told that someone would be there, but the facility was unmanned! So no one was there to register our 1st visit, however we were given an access code via email on Saturday.. which did not work! We had a car full of boxes and waiting at the gate! we also called the help line and the central call center was no help whatsoever. Overall extremely poor service, and a totally wasted day.

Been a customer of the Chippenham Unit for 2.5 years, and I have never had any troubles. It was easy to sign in and equally to give notice. Always kept informed about accessibility (i.e. special times on Bank Holidays) and the team (Andrew and Paul) have always been very helpful with any queries I had. No longer need the space hence why we are leaving it, but I highly recommend it

We've just finished an 8 week rental.Andrew and Paul at Chippenham Cinch have been an absolute pleasure from start to finish.From a store visit in person then followed by many emails from myself pestering Andrew, he's been very accommodating. The site is very easy to access, kept clean and tidy with no issues within our term.We would definitely look into a long term rental for those house items we don't want around the house.A massive thank you !

I can't fault the service that I've received from Cinch Self Storage, in Leighton Buzzard.All the staff, Jason, Aron and Mathew always have a smile on their faces, and are extremely professional, very courteous, friendly and bend over backwards to assist in anyway they can, nothing is too much trouble.
