GoogleMy 5 stars are for Haffeeza, she is a great help, works fast and is very understanding. She does go an extra mile to help you.The company has the usual miscommunications you get in a real estate agency but overall they are good and we are happy we found them.

GoogleThis is the only agency that ask you to pay your reservation fee without knowing what the renting property price is. When the agency shares terms and conditions after the 4th email and even then only some of them. Where agents continuously keep changing your name and always are late for viewing.

Very bad customer services. Their tone of voice changes the moment you singed the contract. If you have any problem regarding maintenance you are on your own, they won't help you.I don't know about all branches but I'm speaking about uxbridge branch( management department) from my own experience.
