If you get Raph as your main agent, you've lucked out! He managed to get us a great price in the worst possible time to sell (peak interest rates), one of the most personable and genuine estate agents we've met. Throughout the sales process which, never goes smoothly, Tom was talking to me every day via whatsapp to make sure it all went smoothly and we kept everyone happy through a scary period of interest rate rises. We have just exchanged on a house that was shown by Winkworths. I can't praise them highly enough, particularly Terry as we didn't have an agent who sold our house so had to continually contact Winkworths instead. They always returned my calls and always kept us up to date with everything throughout. I would very happily sell my house through them next time we sell. Thank you for all your help!

Very disappointed with my experience as a Landlord using Winkworth Kensal Rise & Queen's Park. I was poorly advised to agree to a two-year contract (with a six-month break clause), after I specifically stated that I wanted and needed the flexibility to potentially exit the agreement early because of some uncertainty around my own circumstances. Upon exiting the agreement after 18 months, they have charged lettings fees for the whole two-year period. I thought I was working on a partnership basis with a local agency that would apply common sense, reason, and decency to our arrangement, not some faceless corporate. I feel angry and disappointed - and, frankly, cheated out of quite a lot of money.

GoogleAaron and his team at Winkworth’s Kensal Rise were all outstanding with the process of letting out my flat. They were all v professional with what turned out to be a short process. In fact a deal was reached within 48 hours of going online and the tenant started their contract 6 days later. They have great local knowledgeable and their fee is very fair.

I have had a horrible experience with Maddie Barrington as a tenant.We were presented with a dirty property full of black mold and left to rot with a newborn for two and a half years before eventually having to move out.We faced a sizeable rent increase as well but absolutely no action towards our very serious issue.We have lost thousands of pounds worth of clothes and have had to spend tens of hours emptying our wardrobes in order to wash our clothes again and again.On top of everything we had to pay enormous electricity bills as a result of running several dehumidifiers.Maddie has not been helpful or accommodating.I would recommend to make sure you do not deal with her If you do have to work with wink worth.Edit: In regards to your response, I have put the name of the person there so you should be able to know what office this is. The property is in N1.

We take damp issues very seriously when reported and will always work with our clients and advise them accordingly to rectify such concerns. Unfortunately, we are not able to instruct such works without approval from a landlord despite our recommendation to do so.Winkworth Highbury & Islington
