GoogleI had be spending hours a day for months trying to secure a rental property in London, but with little success. Most agents focused to closely to getting me in to a property knowing I had a deadline to move to the city. Tyanna from Marsh & Parsons was a breath of fresh air. Tyanna listened carefully to my requirements, and showed me a property that was absolutely perfect for me. Additionally, she accommodated me having to view properties virtually. GoogleAs an American transplant in the UK, I was a bit apprehensive about finding a flat across the pond. But let me tell you, Marsh and Parsons made the whole process feel like a walk in Hyde Park (minus the rain). I worked directly with Tyanna and she was able to find me several lovely flats that met my requirements. Tyanna was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had, and for that I am extremely grateful!

We were facing a few issues in the house, but our property manager, Jaeyda Dovie, stepped in and made fixing them a priority. She kept us updated throughout and coordinated the contractors to get everything sorted. We're very happy with how it was handled and would definitely recommend.

GoogleMarsh and Parson Queens Park is a great branch overall but Rachel definitely stood out to me. Not only has she been incredibly helpful in finding me a new apartment but she returned every phone call, email and question I had. Which I have found to be rare from other agencies. Rachel is friendly and honest. She does not just want to sell you anything for her to make a sale but rather focuses on what you are looking for in a home!

GoogleAmazing service. Tyanna was absolutely welcoming and very effective. Her customer service was top notch. I never had to wait long. All my request have been addressed in less than a day. Did not have to wait as she was on top of everything. Very profesional and happy with the delivery of the outcome and i will highly recommend this estate agent. They are very caring to the customers to make sure we feel comfortable and happy.

Had an appointment with the Charlton office, they were late. I called, was told they were parking. Waited more. Nothing until the manager called 40 minutes after the appointment basically stating that they had no phone to call when they did not see the concierge so left. This is very unprofessional and I do not recommend you waste your time if this is their first impression.

GoogleMy partner and I worked with Lewis Assim, one of the sales managers at M&P. He was extremely friendly from the get go and very quickly honed in on the kind of flat we were looking for. We had a complex issue at one point with a flat we loved. We sent him some information and he went through it meticulously and reassured us with the information he gave us, citing all his sources. Without him going the extra mile, we likely would have continued our search, potentially taking us to another agents'. We really thank him and the whole team for all they've done, including tolerating our requests for last minute viewings on Saturdays!

They listened to our requirements and only offered viewings for properties that made sense to us and were within budget. Communication has been top tier, be it reaching out for new listings that might be of interest, confirmation of viewings or following up after we've had some time to think. Using Marsh and Parsons property management service was an enormous improvement from trying to manage the tenancy as a landlord. Elisabeth was fantastic as a managing agent. All issues were resolved swiftly with the absolute minimum amount of admin and engagement required from me. This was a huge improvement from the laborious approach to liaising with tenants and contractors myself to try to triangulate and resolve issues and attendance. Highly recommend.

We rent a property through Marsh and Parsons and opted for a change of occupancy so we could exit our contract early. The entire team has been really helpful and Jasmin in particular has been a big help to us. Jasmin has been very professional and efficient with her communication throughout the process. We had a slight issue with Rightmove regarding tenant referencing (no fault of Marsh and Parsons) and she resolved the issue promptly. She's also been very patient in answering my countless questions!

Harry Bunn was my property manager at a Marsh and Parsons-managed property for a year. As a tenant, I could not have asked for a more caring, communicative property manager. He went out of his way to resolve issues and answer questions in a timely manner, liaising between me and the landlord effectively, to serve both parties' interests. I owe the comfort and joy of my stay there in large part to the care and professionalism with which Harry took on his role -- highly recommend working with Marsh and Parsons and having Harry as your property manager!
