James from Marsh&Parsons in Queen’s Park delivered a despicable service that dragged on for weeks and in the end left us homeless even though we had paid the final fee to secure the new flat (which was returned to us after weeks even though it was mistakenly and unethically pulled from our accounts), did not protect us as renters against the landlord and we were left alone chasing a new flat at the last minute. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Using Marsh & Parsons as a tenant - good experience

We rented a flat in Greenwich through Marsh & Parsons for about 18 months. The service for the tenant has been very professional. The flat is in a period house conversion so there were inevitably a few things that needed upgrading or fixing during that time, as it is an older property. The Marsh & Parsons reporting system worked well and my contact there (Debbie Lewis) was great at keeping me updated and arranging for contractors to visit at convenient times. Happy to recommend.
