I recently advertised my flat for rental and used Foxtons Wembley office. Janatpreet the lettings manager could not have been more helpful. Very professional, friendly and down to earth. This was the first time I had put the flat up for rental and Janatpreet helped me through this process fully. Jan and her team were excellent. As it turned out a family member had a change in circumstances and moved in so the rental didn’t go ahead. As and when I put the flat up for rental again I will definitely go back to Foxtons/Janatpreet. Guy Stroud.

My partner and I have been searching for our first place together and we genuinely could not have been more happier with the customer service provided by Aarati. My partner and I were looking for one bedroom flat to rent for some time on Wembley area, we have tried different agencies with no success. We spoke to Aarati from Foxtons, she was very nice and professional, in 10 minutes she managed to find 5 flats with our specifications and booked us the viewings on the same day! Because of our working hours(9-5:30) she had to stay 3 hours overtime in order for us to see all the flats. The flats were extremely beautiful, new, beautiful refurbished and on a very good value compared to what was on the market. She and her manager Janat helped us with the documentations process and thanks to them, we managed to move fast and easy in a wonderful flat. We interacted with Mr Abdul Jabarkhail and Mr Adam Thornton during our search for buying a property in Mar-Apr 2021. Mr Abdul was very diligent in the entire process from taking down our requirements, shortlisting properties and arranging viewing for our selected properties. This has been a terrific experience. For factors not related to Foxtons, the sale of our house became complicated and arduous. The profession team, led superbly by Carlos Torres, showed dedication and an unwavering determination to overcome all obstacles and get the deal done. The portal allows superb tracking of progress but that does not stop frequent and prompt phone calls, texts and emails. Highly recommended.

I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

Thank you Foxtons. Even during these strange times in society it's good to see that your service levels and Responsiveness outweigh every other estate agent. Rushabh has been consistently in touch with us over phone, WhatsApp - first question asked was whether any of us was a key worker or Someone in a vulnerable position to make sure he could prioritise our search well. He explained why they were unable to due viewings in line with government advice, and he has slowed the whole process for us (positive way) - he has been in touch with us over WhatsApp and phone calls trying to get to the bottom of our search- as he said it's trial and error when he sends us property videos and virtual tours and he will keep at it until he finds us the right property. We're at a time where it's important to understand the client/applicant rather than what they're after - Foxtons seemed to have grasped this well - other estate agents I'm afraid not!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
