Three words - don’t do it

We listed our house with foxtons and the service has been abysmal. There’s been next to no effort or movement with trying to sell the house, no communications with any options etc. You get an account online which shows upcoming viewings - almost all viewings ‘booked’ haven’t actually happened and they don’t contact us to confirm it either. You expect a lot from an estate agent with their level of commission - dont bother.

Foxtons have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Said has been fantastic ( really helpful) ! He was extremely patient, helpful and managed to turn around the property in one week. Helped us throughout the whole process and we moved in just a week after the viewing. Super professional and very fast in responding to queries. My family's experience with Foxtons Wembley was lovely. Had the pleasure of being looked after by Hayden, who was very friendly, and according to my son, had great hair and cool shoes! Do not rent through Foxtons

If you are a renter, please do not use Foxtons. They are a scammy horrible company that only serves the interests of the landlord. They rented us an overpriced disgusting dump by using old out-of-date photos in the rental ad, and locked us into an abusively restrictive contract that made it impossible to leave the horrible dump that ruined my mental health. Do yourself a favour and stay away from these money hungry scammers.

Extremely poor experience with Foxtons. We were left without proper cooking facilities for 25 days, which had a major impact on our daily life and forced us to spend extra money on food. A functioning cooker is a basic part of any home, yet this was not handled with the urgency it deserved.

Worst estate agent in wembley. I had my viewing book for property and on day agent show up with no key for home, I let that slide. Upon speaking to him, he ensures, that we have been booked for next day with same time. However, on the day of viewing, agent won't even show up. After speaking to the agency, we came know that we never booked for the day and we have to book viewing again. Complete waste of time on two consecutive days, Won't recommend at all.

Terrible service, want to give no stars but review will not post. Booked a viewing, no one turned up. When I updated this the contact replied she had tried to call me a few times, and emailed and text. Strangely none of these missed calls or comms appeared. Either a lie or incompetent...why call to say cancelling a viewing but not leave a voice message. Would suggest the manager looks at these practices. Use a different estate agent if you dont want to be lied to!

I contacted ONE agent for a specific property viewing, and it has turned into a total nightmare. I am being hounded by at least FOUR different colleagues from this branch. The frequency is beyond unprofessional, I just received 2 calls in the span of 5 minutes.
