As a landlord (don't hate me!) paying for a managed service, they tried to charge me £90 + vat to fix a meter door with two cable ties. This is typical, and I have to chase them repeatedly for everything. My tenants and I deserve better.

GoogleIf there is anything like an exceptional staff, then Andreea Ungureanu is it. She worked relentlessly to help us get our property. She is very professional, always picks her phone, and is sure to return her calls if she is busy. I am very impressed with her and I hope she is getting the commendation that she most certainly deserves. Foxtons should consider itself lucky to have her. Ladi Fafunso.

GoogleSo impressed with the professionalism Georgiana and Mustafa bought to assisting selling my property. So, I simply had to leave a review for Georgiana and Mustafa at Foxtons Estate Agents Wembley, they've been absolutely brilliant! Selling my property felt like a breeze thanks to their incredible teamwork. From keeping me in the loop every step of the way to offering much-needed reassurances, their service was truly exceptional. I've dealt with letting agencies in the past, and honestly, the focus and energy Georgiana and Mustafa brought to selling my place was a breath of fresh air. I'm so very obliged to them both. What a great team, and genuinely fantastic service from my perspective!

Wembley Branch has very poor communication and management. The sales team is rarely available and does not respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, or phone calls. Even when staff members are asked to pass on urgent messages, no one gets back to you.

I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.

Since our first meeting we have found Georgiana very professional and knowledgeable of property market. She ensured to understand what we were looking for and helped us find our dream home. She gave us all the right information in our first visit which resulted us putting an offer for the property. This journey was not easy with back and forth twice with the bank and buyer in regards with technical issues. Georgiana helped to address these efficiently to secure us our first dream house. GoogleMe and my wife were new in Wembley and looking for a home ( first time buyers). We got introduced to Abdul from Foxtons Wembley. He gave his best to help us search for a home meeting our budget and requirements. He had a lot of options and was very patient to take us around and view various properties. Even though I didn’t end up taking a property with them, I had a good experience. I would like to thank Abdul for answering to a lot of my questions and his time and fabulous service.

GoogleSaid has been amazing in helping me secure a flat. He was patient, polite and helpful at every stage of the process. He was able to find a property that met my requirements, visited the property to do a live video tour and arranged a viewing last minute on the same day. He truly went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible and was at the end of a phone anytime I needed help. After two months of no luck with estate agents, I can confidently say that Said has restored my faith in the profession!

Horrible setup with bullies waiting for targets to exploit in whatever way possible- A lot on the estate agent services in united Kingdom.Their only aim is to collect the money from both tenants n landlord.After that no responsibility. Can't imagine recommend them to my worst enemy.
