We've been looking for a place to rent since November last year, and most of the estate agents that was looking for us were not helpful at all. Until we came across foxtons. Rushabh was a great help. He did not stop looking for places that would meet our criteria for renting. He was very informative, always kept in contact with us, very professional and I would highly recommend anyone looking for somewhere to live to get in contact with Rushabh. I was looking for a place which is within my budget but have to be very close to the tube station - every Agent I spoke to never listened to my requirements apart from Carlos. I was quite abrupt with him at first because I was getting weary of Agents in general but Carlos listened. He showed me flats that were close to the station and within my budget range. I know he is doing his job but he has delivered services above and beyond my expectations. Always there to answer all my queries, just a text or phone call away even at night or week-ends. He provided me with the best Mortgage Adviser which made the whole process bearable if not easy (it is never easy to find a new place plus applying for mortgage and all). Carlos is a gem!!! I highly recommend him.

We had a very good expereince during our property search with Rushabh. Not only did he take time to listen to me and show my family exactly what we were looking for, he went a mile ahead and showed us a very good variety of options. My parents are not very conversant in English, but Rushabh was tremendously patient and my mum and dad both appreciate it. Along the way of the viewing Rushabh took us to different areas and gave us more information about the area and the interesting factors - he was very professional And finally - because of the heavy rain, he was very kind to drop us off near to our house. Reading the reviews on here, couldn't agree more. Rushabh was fantastic through the process, made it seamless and easy. Better service than any other industry, weekly updates on the progress of referencing, overall fantastic experience. Even after everything was done 5 weeks before the move in, he still called me every Friday to keep me updated about ongoing and the process to completion and key pick up Overall, as the previous review suggested, a solid guy, energetic and super humble. Rushabh was always responsive to email, calls and texts, really appreciated!

Non-existent communication. Viewings done by an unprepared team: didn't know level of service charge, exposure, if the appliances were new or not, size of the flat or rooms. One claimed we had replaced the kitchen (we hadn't), another that the Hue Lights we installed were staying in the flat for the buyer (we never said that).
