Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

Five stars for Mustafa from Foxton. Really pleased with the service I received from him every time. He helped me a lot in my house searching journey. I have recently purchased a 2 bedded flat in wembley central square. The host taking me to view properties Was Derin.B. Derin was always exceptionally professional at her job, always attentive to calls and especially when taking me for flat and house viewings. Derin.B. helped me sell my own home within a few months of it going up for sale and also helped me to view flats and homes of my taste. I was very happy with the service provided at Foxtons, especially by Derin.B. I would highly recommed any homebuyer or home seller to use Foxtons, which is in the heart of Wembley. Foxtons have a very unique way of making you feel at home, with their friendly atmosphere in the office, with all theback, for ir smiley faces sitting around the table. Well done to All staff at Foxtons, Especially Derin and Adam, for assisting me through my queries over last year this year and well done. If i ever wasnt to sell again, i know where i will be coming back! JP :)

Arisha Johnson, a staff member who works for Foxton, Wembley, is an action, process and performance hard working individual. The results of Arisha is phenomenal and her results speaks for her self. The consist communication and result and action she provided on a regular basis, she never failed. I am delighted to provide this feedback to Arisha as she took her time to explain the process and dealt with my queries, she made me feel that Foxton was a place which valued its customers and not just a sale. On the start of my process of looking for a new home, as a first time buyer, Arisha was always there, phone email or text. She had worked to make sure my husband and I felt connected with the homes and honestly provided me information about the homes. I had various practical questions as I am a first time buyer, Again, Arisha was proactive in responding - and happy to meet in person, which can make a big difference.. Like many, I had a few hiccups with some of the homes and felt I never would find a house. Arisha was not just reassuring - she was able to share experience from her own buys with her family etc which was invaluable. In the last week, while many were winding down for the Easter break, Arisha responded to queries within a matter of hours. My personal views have properly been echoed by other customers and I just want to add to this. Arisha, has also been great at celebrating success if the house was found externally and still supports me, Arisha, has a wonderful blend of efficiency and humanity that I believe would benefit many organisations and if it helps give her a boost in pay, because people like this you need to keep. Kajal was amazing. Very bubbly, friendly and really listened to our brief. We didn't have a car and it was a huge help with her offering to drive us.
