GoogleGeorgiana Sima was nothing short of incredible. As a first time buyer she would go the extra mile to make sure I was happy and also comfortable throughout the whole process and was also very patient when my Conveyancing took longer than expected. Rented an appartment with foxtons at Standhope Gardens 62d Standhope gardens! After I found out that there were prostitutes residing before and that the bathtub collapsed 1 year ago and the wall crushed! Also, it was full of rats!

GoogleMy experience with Foxtons was outstanding. I had first class treatment. I was looking for a 1 bedroom property to rent for myself and Rushahb from Foxton in Wembley was a massive help. He listened to all my needs and identified great properties that were. He was very patient, very supportive and very professional. The whole experience was comfortable and reassuring. I would highly recommend Rushahb at Foxtons for rental properties.

GoogleHad a terrific experience buying and selling our flat through Foxtons at Wembley. The entire team were fantastic and Manager Adam and his second Suj were outstanding. Utmost professionals, great communication all the way with a healthy amount of viewings from the get go. The online portal is fantastic as well; have not experienced anything coming close to it with other agencies. Can definately recommend and would definately use them them.

GoogleI highly recommend the Foxtons service, I had the chance to visit 5 properties in less than 3 hours and transported during the visit for free, which allowed me to advance a lot on my decisions (instead of 1 flat per day with other agencies not counting the waste of transport time). And I want to thank especially Mr Rushabh who played the correct role of adviser who helped me to make the right decision. (and also he answers sms/call during the weekend and evening as well).

GoogleI had the great pleasure to work with Georgiana Sima. She was absolutely amazing, from the first call she really listened my requests and understood exactly what I was looking for. She took the time to show me several properties and shared a lot of here knowledge regarding the market. She helped me to find exactly what I needed and assisted me at each stage of the process with my requests. I couldn't imagine that finding the perfect place would be that easy. Well, I imagine it is when you have the right people helping you. I highly recommend.

We were repeatedly given information by the letting agent that turned out to be untrue or later changed. Basic steps that should have been handled professionally were completely overlooked, causing us significant stress and financial loss.

GoogleWe’ve paid thousands of pounds towards the extra management services over a few years as a landlord and the management service aforementioned was NON-EXISTENT. The property manager himself was impossible to get hold of, especially during crucial times. Our tenants suffered with faulty windows for 6 months and still wasn't fixed. As the tenants moved out, Foxtons conducted an unauthorised check-out inventory (and tried to charge us for it). The tenants overstayed and the outstanding rent from that period was issued 15 MONTHS after the tenants moved out. Will never let through them again.

We had a mixed experience with Foxtons after we signed our rental agreement, as a few issues were not handled as we had agreed with the agency before our move-in date. This was frustrating.
