GoogleThe staff at Bond Oxborough Phillips were very friendly and efficient, they made the whole selling experience easy. Particular thanks to Billy, Tamsin and Holly the sales progression lady, were all very supportive . I would highly recommend this estate agent if you’re thinking of selling your home.

I've only ever had bad experiences with Bond Oxborough Phillips, more than with any other estate agent in North Devon. On this occasion I went to visit a very affordable rental property of which I progressed to referencing for. After travel and paperwork time, and providing income proof, a guarantor, references and meeting the criteria, I was given a very weak reason for my application being refused. I queried this and came to the conclusion that the landlord was either taking the property off of the market or was doing someone else a favour.Having had multiple experiences with this agent, the problems clearly start at the top of the company, with them either designating talentless partners or training them insufficiently. Likely both. I've never known an agent take the phrase "winging it" so literally. The only saving grace is that the staff, particularly junior associates and apprentices, showing potential and talent don't seem to remain at the company for very long - likely once they realise that they will progress with their career further with a different company, if they haven't been put off for life.I would recommend looking into alternative agents, these will take advantage of you.

Emma Champion was the lead on the sale and she went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through on the dates suggested and sorted out any difficulties. FacebookThe worst agency in Bideford and the worst customer service I've never seen in an agency. I went three times asking to see properties (for rent), two asking for viewing the properties and they just told me that they had already many bookings to visit these properties. Also they didn't make any effort asking if they can help me with any other or what I was looking for. The third one I asked by email and they sent me some questions and when I answered they didn't answer again. They have 0 communication skills with customers and you have the feeling they don't care about what you are asking for.

They were responsive and when I was ready to sell, moved quickly. I was fortunate in that my property was desirable, but that didn't mean it sold itself without help. Appreciate that he only looked like a teenager and clearly has a lot to learn with his “gift of the gab”, which he definitely didn’t have, but actually asked of my Samsung Frame TV “what is that, is that a hologram or something?”

GoogleI'm still early on in the process of selling my property ....it has not yet been 2 weeks since instructing Bond Ox. But so far the service I've had has been excellent. Everyone I've dealt with at the Barnstaple office has been very professional and efficient. I've had 3 offers in the first week and as I'm approaching the 2 week marker have accepted one of those offers! Aiden who dealt with the initial enquiry was, and has been very proactive and helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending this company/branch to anyone looking to sell their property.
