GoogleJen is honestly the best agent we have ever come across! We been with several estate agents over the years. In the last two years we have been renting with bond oxborough and they are the best in Barnstaple. Always phone you back straight away. Constantly updating with emails. Any problems are delt with straight away and never had to wait for anything to be fixed. Giving up our renting property was easy and stress free. Helping us with any issue when fixing up the place before leaving. She is a kind and caring soul. If we ever need them again we would definitely be using them! She is acredit to your team.

Philippa was incredibly responsive to every email, which made us feel supported every step of the way. Will was equally supportive and accompanied us during house viewing. Bond Oxborough Phillips surprised us with a bottle of white wine, which was a lovely gesture πΎπ·. We joked on the way to the office that we were hoping for a few goodies to celebrate our move, kids were expecting and while they didnβt appear this time, so sad but we remain hopeful for a future treat please ππ€π€. FacebookWhat a fantastic hardworking team of people. There were two people especially that made our dreams come true Melanie & Holly. Melanie was our very first point of contact when looking to purchase & it was her determination and understanding for both us and the vendors that a sale was agreed, from there Holly took over and yet again Holly had her work cut out to proceed a sale from Scotland to England, liaising constantly between all parties & solicitors with extremely tight deadlines but this lady delivered against all odds. Thankyou both, you are very special caring ladies.

I would highly recommend Bond Oxborough. Their office in Bideford kept us up to date right through to completion very professional at all times and always at the end of the phone for any questions we needed answers to.

It has been a long journey to find the right house, and throughout the entire time, Jeanette Down and Kelly Murray were absolutely supportive and professional. They kept me regularly updated about new rental properties on the market with a friendly, warm approach each time. During that period, I also visited other estate agents in Barnstaple for updates, but none were as friendly, pleasant, and professional as Jeanette and Kelly, nor did they have new houses coming to their portfolio as regularly. When I finally found the right home for us, Jeanette and Kelly made the process of credit checking and signing the contract incredibly easy and straightforward. GoogleSelling your home is never an easy thing to do. Especially in the current house selling madness. For us, dealing with the staff at BOP kept us sane. They were professional, patient and in no way tried to pressure us into making any rash decisions. They were always there to answer the phones and handled the pandemic restrictions respectfully and followed all the guidelines with Excellent hygiene policies in place to ensure the safety of both their staff and their clients. BOP also have very competitive rates and we were very pleased with the service provided. Throughout the process, time was taken to answer our many questions, whether they were impromptu phone calls or random drop-ins to the office. His patience with us during this time was nothing short of miraculous. We found them to be honest, friendly, realistic and supportive. His hard work also meant that we were able to make this whole process as short as possible. Would (100%) recommend to a friend.

GoogleIβm a first time buyer who has recently put an offer in on a house with Bond Oxborough, I have found this estate agent to be extremely efficient, they are able to fit in viewings in short notice/ same day, they are polite and friendly on the phone and always able to answer any of my questions, this whole process has been very daunting as I donβt have much experience with buying/ selling, Sarah was able to walk me through the process in a way I understood and was very professional and easily contactable. I cannot thank bond Oxborough and especially Sarah enough for making this process so easy and stress free, and I most definitely would recommend this estate agent to friends and family. FacebookI have never used a Sales Progressor before and Holly at the Holsworthy office was excellent. Very friendly with great communication, over the phone and email. A Sales Progressor is a valuable resource and really helped push the movement of the solicitors on both sides, as well as being the go between for the seller and buyer when questions needed to be answered.
