Amazing!!! Absolutely 10 out of 10 service from start to finish. Heather and Gemma have been absolutely amazing in making the process of letting from a long distance completely seamless and stress free. From the viewing to paperwork, to every question or concern along the way, Heather even came back after giving us the keys to show us how to unlock the door because we couldn't figure it out. Thank you again for that :-) She never treated us or made us feel like we were a bother, even after the transaction was completed she still made herself available, just above and beyond service. I will happily recommend this team to anyone interested in a hassle free letting experience. It has been truly a pleasure!

What was most amazing is we never felt they were on any ‘side’ - Rachel who was our person just wanted a good outcome for everyone , she kept us updated and helped us at every stage. A huge thank you to Gemma, Leighton and their team for their professional and friendly service as we sold our family home. Gemma was always available at the end of a phone and kept us informed every step of the way, from valuation through to completion. Leighton Snow offer a 3 tier fee structure which is openly advertised on their website so we knew exactly how much we would pay, with no surprises! We opted for the basic ‘upfront fee’ and had a slight concern that we might receive a lesser service than those who paid more. Those concerns were completely unfounded and the service throughout was excellent. We received a couple of offers very early in the process which Gemma and Leighton advised that we should not accept. Had we accepted, it might have made the process quicker for the agent but I was very impressed that Leighton Snow put me as the client first every time, and their actions spoke volumes about their integrity. On their advice we rejected the offers and within a few days we received the asking price. Leighton Snow....look no further. A brilliant local estate agent who provided great service with a personal touch, start to finish. We wish you every success in the future.
