Leighton listened to my requirements when I appointed them as my agent to sell my home in Bramhall. They offer a package which is tailored to your needs, you simply choose the package. No hidden fees. You know exactly what you are paying upfront! The staff kept me updated every step of the way regarding all marketing activity as well as viewings and feedback. All the viewings were undertaken by Leighton and his team. Leighton secured a sale on my property within 4 weeks of listing and negotiated an above asking price. I have no hesitation in recommending this none complacent, extremely professional estate agency. You certainly won't be disappointed if you choose to use them.

Leighton and his team came across very professional and were confident of securing a fabourable price for the sale of my parents property and after looking at up to 10 potential agents, meeting with 3 to discuss options gave Leighton Snow our business. From the start i was impressed with Leighton and his team and they quickly identified a buyer,vetted them and negotiated the sale price with ourselves. Communication throughout was regular and comforting right up until exchange of contracts and handing over keys. My husband and I have recently completed on a purchase in Cheadle Hulme and were absolutely delighted with the service from Leighton and his incredible team. Leighton, Gemma and Liam co-ordinated and arranged the viewings for us, and from then on it was mostly Rachel who we dealt with after our offer was accepted and who helped us with all the arrangements we needed to complete our sale. We couldn't fault the team's service. Rachel's quick and thorough approach and regular communication between us, the seller and the conveyancers and surveyors involved in the whole process helped to ensure that we completed our purchase within 4 weeks. This is one dream team and I won't hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for a professional, responsive and efficient service whether selling or buying a property. Outstanding, overwhelmed with the viewings response I received from Leighton Snow Estate Agents, my house sold within two day's of hitting the market for far more than it was advertised for and I could have sold it over and over again. I had a smooth and trouble free and more importantly stress free sale. Don't ask me how they do it they just do. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Leighton Snow knows the local housing market - Trust them, there's a reason why there's so many of their sale boards around - its simple, they sell houses.

Leighton had good knowledge of the area and values and managed to secure us a good price on our sale. I was looking for hours a day trying to find a new rental property for my son and I, being turned down constantly by landlords and agencies for no reason, as soon as I contacted Heather at Leighton Snow things changed. I was spoken to as a human and helped and advised with care and understanding of our circumstances, and most of all no judgement. Heather found us a suitable property within a few days and we moved into our new home within a month. Whilst we're still settling in the team have all been more than helpful with little details which makes all the difference. It has also meant we have had easy communication with the new landlord. I’ve left one star as I don’t think I can leave none. There are 3 main reasons for this score 1. Having not had a single viewing in 4 weeks during the height of the housing boom Leighton’s advice was to lower the price by 5%. I was advised there hadn’t been pro-active marketing due to resource constraints and that they were dependent on Rightmove enquiries. I disagreed and gave notice to terminate our contract with Leighton Snow. Ultimately we sold for more than the 95% it would have reduced to. 2. Despite point 1 potential buyers were told they were not in a procedable position as their property was not on the market, and Leighton Snow would not facilitate a viewing. One of these buyers contacted us directly having received this message, we facilitated the viewing and they bought the house. 3. We facilitated the viewing in point 2 because Leighton Snow would not facilitate over the Easter weekend, despite point 1 above! I cannot recommend Leighton Snow. They could not have done less, and their answer to moving a house that doesn’t sell immediately is to reduce the cost at the sellers expense.
