Excellent estate agent. A very hard-working and professional team with a thorough knowledge of the local housing market. Always a friendly and patient voice on the end of the phone to deal with any questions or worries throughout the whole process. We have dealt with a number of agents over the years in Bramhall and Cheadle and would class Leighton Snow as the best we’ve experienced. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Most important thing... Leighton's team (Rachel in our case) sold our house! A close watch was kept on how things were progressing and we were contacted as and when necessary to keep us fully informed as to what was happening and what was going to happen. Fantastic, the first word that comes to mind. From the moment Leighton offered to collect me (due to not driving) to show me three bungalows , I knew I had found an amazing and unique estate agency. I was not rushed each viewing was undertaken with propper answers to questions. After choosing one of the properties, I decided mine would go on the market with Leighton Snow. It had been in the market with Snapes who , I thought had done nothing to sell it, even to the lack of viewings. Once the decision was made Gemma the other half of this amazing duo came and took superb photographs and we were on line. The following morning the first viewing request ,two weeks later offer accepted. Due to Leightins negotiating skills I had sold and purchased properties within two weeks. The legal process with a local company and with Gemma’s inter agency and sellers interaction went as smoothly as possible. She treated each caller as though they were number one. I would recommend these two and the company of Leighton Snow 100% . Do not bother with anyone else . These ARE THE estate agents for Bramhall, and surrounding areas. I can not recommend them highly enough.
