At no point did we need to chase for updates; Eva consistently kept us informed and took full responsibility for coordinating communication between our solicitors, the vendors’ solicitors, and the estate agents. What is often regarded as one of the most stressful experiences was made seamless and reassuring thanks to Eva’s professionalism and proactive approach. Heather and the team at Leighton Snow were instrumental in the renovation of my property, prior to taking over the property management. The property located in Bramhall, required a complete renovation as the previous tenants had lived there for over 14 years. I currently resided outside of the UK and have for several years, it would have would have been very difficult for me to organize the various trades and the overall renovation remotely. After discussing the property with Heather and before the property became available, Heather visited the property and offered to help organized the trades for the renovations. Heather proposed a list we that we worked though together, defining the renovations and approximate timelines. The renovations were extensive including rewiring, re-plumbing, re-plastering, new windows bathroom and kitchen. Then completely redecorating and new flooring. Heather essentially program managed the complete renovation. All the trades-persons were good and interacted with each other well where required. Heather has a network of trades used for upkeep and renovation of the properties they manage, I would be happy to use any of the trades-persons used during my property renovation for further work. I have several friends who have worked with Heather in the past and are very happy with the service and support. Close to the end of the renovations being completed, the team at Leighton Snow advertised and soon after let the property. Prior to choosing Leighton Snow had I created a summary file comparing the local letting agents based on reviews, service and cost. I truly believe I made the right decision in choosing Leighton Snow. I would definitely recommend Leighton Snow for property management and the letting of your property.

I can't recommend Leighton Snow Estate Agents highly enough. From the outset, Leighton was outstanding, offering expert advice on the market and suggesting a suitable asking price for our home. His skill in accurate price and handling negotiations was clear, as we received multiple offers both at and above the asking price within just a few weeks of listing. Once a sale was agreed, Gemma took over and made the whole process seamless. She was exceptional at managing everything through to completion, keeping us regularly updated by both phone and email, as well as regularly contacting the solicitors and other estate agents in the chain. I cannot speak highly enough of Leighton and Gemma and their outstanding team, with a special mention for our case handler, Sarah, for the sheer amount of work she got through in selling our house. Sarah came across as being ultra friendly, helpful and very determined. Others in the team, including Stacey, were always helpful, courteous and motivated. Selling houses must be a pressurised environment to work in, but you wouldn't think so on the evidence of our dealings with Leighton and Gemma's team.
