We recently sold our home through Leighton Snow and can’t recommend this agent enough. From the start of the process they were professional, personable and went above and beyond to secure and retain our sale as well as help find us our new home. Leighton provided us with honest unbiased support and advice through the 9 month process and was always on hand when we needed him. Gemma was very personable and did an amazing job of marketing our home (which sold on the first viewing), and Anna built a great relationship with our buyer which helped retain our sale through a lengthy search for our new home. Through this process we dealt with pretty much all the agents in the area in one way shape or form, our experiences just cemented our choice to pick Leighton as our agent. For anyone reading this review, there maybe slightly cheaper or fancier agents in the area but you will not regret appointing Leighton Snow! The fact they are an independent agent shines through, you are dealing with experienced individuals that have an invested interest in their business performing, rather than other agents using junior employees to manage transactions. When choosing an estate agency, we didn’t choose a firm, we chose Anna. From the very beginning, she stood out for being well-prepared, tenacious, and dedicated. She confidently assured us that she would do everything possible to sell our house and assist us in buying our next home. I can wholeheartedly say that Anna has gone above and beyond to fulfill that promise. Anna has been more than an estate agent, she’s been our advisor, negotiator, and advocate at every step of the process. When our first buyer unexpectedly withdrew, Anna immediately took action. Heather is absolutely a star in the letting department. She is very professional and high efficiency. I passed my key to her and the property was on the letting market the next day then I got viewing booked the day after. I used other estate agent before and know the difference. Sometimes they could promise you one thing on the phone but then kept delaying or ignoring the issue. This is never the case with Heather. She always reply my message straight away, communicated and looked after me really well in every stage. I will highly recommend Leighton Snow. Leighton and his team have handled both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one so we can speak to both sides of the sale/purchase situations. The word that springs to mind is FANTASTIC. We have had outstanding personal service from everyone in the office. and we can't praise the whole team highly enough. Messages and emails are always responded to promptly and the team go out of their way to help with any of the many little hiccups that can occur when buying and selling property. They are obviously in the business of selling houses but above and beyond that we felt they had a personal investment in making sure we were happy with our choice. Rachel was assigned as our personal contact for our sale, and she deserves a special mention for her patience as our buyers were quite elusive and needed a lot of chasing up. Well done Rachel. Can't recommend them highly enough. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
