GoogleBRILLIANT from my initial call, Luke paid attention to my needs and as I was really in a rush to find a place, he was very helpful and proactive in getting somewhere for me and getting the ball rolling. Unlike other agencies the help was forthcoming and my situation felt important to Luke. I Cannot begin to express how much stress Luke has saved me, I cannot recommend Tristrams enough. 10 out of 10. recommended.

GoogleTristams has been extremely helpful with the moving in process and have always been friendly and professional. They are much better than many of the other lettings agents. Lizzie and James have been very helpful in particular and have solved any routine problems that I have had quickly :)

GoogleAfter finding the house we really liked online, we contacted Tristams and completed their simple questionnaire. Within the hour we got a call and an email about viewing the property. Fortunately we got a viewing the next day. The viewing was friendly and we were made to feel comfortable from the minute we stepped in. We rang to get the application put in on the Saturday and by the Tuesday we were accepted subject to references. This has been the most simple, straight forward move ever experienced!
