GoogleWe have been really impressed with Tristrams and in particular our estate agent, Talia Dovey. Throughout our house purchase, she has been efficient and worked hard to help us move things along quickly. We have really appreciated how she has worked as a go-between to ensure that everyone is on the same page. She is very friendly and put us at ease during the process. When we have spoken with other staff at Tristrams, we have also found them kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

GoogleViewing cancelled at very late notice, promised to ring back with a new appointment,never happened. I would of thought with the lack of properties on the market at the moment somebody would found time to contact us! Thankyou for getting back booking was under Emma Warden.,and yes it was this company the viewing was book through the property is in Gamston.

Hi Andrew, Can we please have the name this was booked under and the property address so we can investigate further. As your name has not come up in our system at all and it would of if a viewing had been booked. Are you certain it was with our company? If you could please advise. GoogleLook, This isn't a great lettings agency and it's such a shame nottingham is populated with students hence there is a housing crisis. I viewed a property and the lettings guy told me he was in a rush to go to another property... I felt embarrassed so i just signed it, whatever man, i'm not a fancy guy.. I realised they don't deal with their own housing, they actually use landlords to deal with the rent and a vague company called housing 35... This is part of my fault anyway, if i knew I would have walked... I'm gonna update this soon. UPDATE 4/09/22 - Please get rid of Housing 35, how can i move to an empty studio with no microwave and no instructions how to use the cooking hub. I will end it here and rant my complains to housing 35

GoogleReview Be very careful using this agency. We viewed a property and were 1 of only 2 applicants (which was sold to us as ‘a huge amount’) to then be strung out day after day, for over a week, to then be turned down One time we called for an update and were told the agent dealing with the property had COVID and wasn’t in the office so we’d need to wait an extra week, to then find out he was in the office and had scheduled more viewings - but was insistent that the landlord hadn’t rejected us. A promise of “I’ll call you back today” never materialised and after another call this morning we filling out we weren’t getting the property. Great way to treat potential customers and to use COVID as an excuse is disgraceful considering the current climate. So be very careful using this estate agency as they are far from transparent with you.

Googlewent to view a property and had discussed over the phone regarding our circumstances of not being students and not being related either. Was calling to get documents sorted as we loved the house for them to turn round and say its not a HMO and we cant have the property. Spoke to different people with one saying you might be able to but the landlord just doesnt usually like it and another saying its a definite no. Not happy with their customer service

GoogleAfter having a really bad experience with my landlord Jayne the lettings manager at Tristram’s in Nottingham branch was really really helpful, polite and professional in dealing with me everything I asked she was able to answer if not straightaway got back to me in the timescale that she advised, I haven’t still got my deposit refunded from the landlord as this was dealt with directly by the landlord and not through Tristram’s. However Tristrams is trying to charge me for a missed appointment with a maintenance guy he didn’t have the kids to call beforehand as requested hence I was not in otherwise Tristins I’ve been a great help.

GoogleWhile I appreciate how polite the team at Tristram's have been, my application for an urgently needed rental has been badly mismanaged and delayed. I've been left very extremely upset and stressed out after having been given the wrong vouch form initially to fill out delaying my application by a week and then 3 days before the tenancy was due to start on the 27th Aug I was told by the person managing my application, who had just been in contact with the landlord, that the room which I had reserved (and paid a deposit/reservation fee for prior) was not actually avaliable nor were any of the same type of room available and that I may have to choose a higher priced room which was particularly distressing given the cost of living crisis we are facing. To confuse matters further I had been in contact with another team member at tristrams who had also spoken to the landlord but the landlord had not told them that the room was reserved and I was sent (another) reservation form for the property with some updated details - even though earlier that day I had been told the room was not available for me anymore. I am having to chase this agency up lots to try and sort out these issues which have occurred entirely on their side but I can rarely get through and when I do get through I am told I'll get a call back when the people managing my application are free but I then do not get a call back and its on me again to chase the acency up. I'm very confused and upset with this experience as it now seems I won't be able to move in on the day the letting acency told me I would be able to and I will be stuck without a home if these delays persist any longer. I'm happy to amend or remove this review if the problems are resolved but for the time being I do not recommend this agency, the staff are lovely but their service has left me feeling panicked and distressed :(

GooglePersonal service without the price!! So wonderful to deal with professional,friendly and hard working human beings instead of apps and robots!! Tristrams are currently selling a property for us in Nottingham and the whole team have been amazing. A special thank you goes to Liam for his excellent service and time keeping!! (important when you have to travel) We have been kept up to date with viewings, offers etc (thanks also to Talia in the office) and the property is now sold stc. We are confident the rest of the process will go just as smoothly. Thank you Tristrams!!

GoogleI was desperate to get my house sold as quickly as possible due to my personal circumstances. I spoke to Tristrams and straight away I was able to get an agent come out to value the property and take photos. The agent who came out was called Liam and he was absolutely fantastic, he was so friendly and got all the paperwork sent to me straight away. Once the house was officially for sale the estate agent I had was Talia, she was very efficient, she was here early for each of my viewings and very friendly. Tristrams knew we needed a quick sale and they helped as much as possible to achieve that. Definitely recommend.

GoogleI just want to share the experience we have had in our dealings with Tristram's in the sale of our property. Liam kavanagh came to value the flat and gave us sensible advice and guidance on the best way to achieve a successful sale. He followed this through with frequent communication which demonstrated his genuine commitment to selling the flat. He is very knowledgeable in the local property market and made the most of a variety of ways to promote the property Once the flat was on the market we then received regular weekly updates from the office based staff which gave us the opportunity to discuss and consider the different options when we didn't seem to be getting much interest. We were very pleased with Talia who conducted a viewing on our behalf, she was quick to give us feedback and to negotiate the best price. Tristram's have made the process of selling a property as easy as it could possibly be, there has never been any difficulty getting them on the phone and speaking to the person we wanted. They have treated us respectfully and made us feel comfortable to contact them at any time. Hopefully this sale goes through but if not I have no doubt that the team at Tristram's will get a sale for us, on a property which has limitations on who can buy it. Sandra Reid
