GoogleFantastic service. I moved over 20 properties to James and his team in February last year (2017) and I have to say they have been excellent. Lizzie has been particularly helpful on every occasion. It's both personal and professional. Long may it continue !

GoogleGreat service - Lizzie made the whole process as painless as moving house can possibly be. I would recommend to anyone. Everything was conducted very professionally, setting up utilities was so easy, and I never once felt pressurized. The service was personal and friendly throughout. 10/10!!!

GoogleJordan, the estate agent, was very helpful showing us a property, he was knowledgeable and professional throughout. He also made the most of what was present at the property looking at its potential. Tristam’s in general were also efficient and friendly when booking this viewing.

GoogleThis is a very friendly letting agent, Cora and Ellie who dealt with our application were really helpful and prompt to respond and pass on questions to the Landlady. The online portal for referencing was ok and when i had issues with getting some references uploaded they were happy to have them sent direct to them to be uploaded. From application to securing the property took only about a week.

GoogleTristams offer by far the best service in Nottingham from my experience. Efficient, friendly, communicative and super helpful. Tristams went out of their way to find me accommodation despite my exceptional circumstances. And the service continues even after you move in! I would definitely recommend!

FacebookReview Be very careful using this agency. We viewed a property and were 1 of only 2 applicants (which was sold to us as ‘a huge amount’) to then be strung out day after day, for over a week, to then be turned down One time we called for an update and were told the agent dealing with the property had COVID and wasn’t in the office so we’d need to wait an extra week, to then find out he was in the office and had scheduled more viewings - but was insistent that the landlord hadn’t rejected us. A promise of “I’ll call you back today” never materialised and after another call this morning we filling out we weren’t getting the property. Great way to treat potential customers and to use COVID as an excuse is disgraceful considering the current climate. So be very careful using this estate agency as they are far from transparent with you.

GoogleI'm convinced they're either buying reviews or I was just impartial to their "excellent customer service" for whatever reasons. Would not recommend trying to rent out a place with them.
