GoogleHaving just moved into UK for a week time, my wife and I love a property in first sight which is intorduced by Tristram's. Letting agent, FON is helpful and she always maintain courteous manner to explain since we are new to UK's tenancy agreement. She could also respond promptly for coordinating needs between the landlord and us. It's a pleasant experience of property arrangement in UK for us at a first instance.

GoogleSince putting my house up for sale with Tristrams they’ve been nothing but professional and only too happy to help. From first meeting Chloe nothing was too much trouble always happy to help and advise with quick replies. Talia then took over towards the end of my sale and again nothing was a problem and communication was brilliant from start to finish. I can highly recommend Tristrams and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

GoogleI have been with Tristram f as a landlord or a few years. I have had different tenants rent my property during that time. When dealing with an agency one tends to communicate with the same agents as they get to know the tenants ; property and are best at communicating with them. I have been lucky to have been communicating with Chloe Lindo(property manager) for most of the time. She has been very prompt and very efficient in dealing with any matters arising, in particular, at forming good and positive relations with tenants and hence good outcomes as a result of her communication skills. I have recently been communicating with Liam Kavanaugh who has also proved to be excellent and very helpful. In my experience, any estate agency would be stronger with such staff.

GoogleI am currently looking for a Student house with 6 others and we couldn't have asked for better service. My initial point of contact was Nicola Morris and she has been amazing in helping us find a house. She was not only great at answering any questions we had, and promptly. She also came back into contact with me with another option after we lost out on another house. As a student I couldn't have asked for more as we were all initially really worried at finding a house in time. Very satisfied!

GoogleBeing a student I was initially worried about finding an estate agents that were comfortable with dealing with students. Tristram’s have been unbelievable, firstly on right move their listings of properties go into great detail, and with most of the properties there were online viewings on YouTube which made it a lot easier to rule out any properties myself and a friend weren’t too keen on. Getting in contact with them to arrange viewings was so easy via telephone, also they respond to your emails very quickly which is so helpful when you have lots of questions to ask. We viewed a few properties yesterday and as soon as we found the one, after the viewings were finished we were told by Savannah how to put forward an application for the property which was a lot easier than I had hoped. Today we have put down a weeks deposit on the flat we loved, which hearing about less than 24 hours later we viewed was so professional and a huge relief. For any students looking for anywhere to live, look no further than these guys, they made us feel so at ease and welcomed us with open arms!

GoogleTristram's came in and helped us when our sale fell through and the other Estate agent were unhelpful to say the least. Dale came round the following day and got our house up on the market by the next morning. Everyone at Tristram's were beyond helpful and extremely good at communicating which gave us the reassurance we needed that they would sell our house quickly. Our house sold within the month and we were so happy with them that going forward we will always use them and highly recommend everyone else use them as well. Thank you to everyone at Tristrams.

GoogleTristam's have been a great letting agents whilst I have been living in Derby, compared to other agents I have used across the country they have by far been the best. They are professional and respond quickly and efficiently to any problems I have, I feel that they actually care about their tenants! Chloe in particular has been great in making sure everything goes to plan and being a great point of contact between myself and the landlord! Would highly recommend :)

GoogleHave been using Tristrams for a number of years now and very happy with the standard of service received. I am always kept well informed about what is happening with my properties. Their fees and maintenance charges are reasonable and issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. James and Liam are always on hand to give sensible advice about rental values and long term strategy issues, and in the office, Julia, Charlotte and Chloe in particular are always very helpful with respect to day to day issues. They are an independently run letting agency that offers a personal and honest service to both landlords and tenants. FacebookSo apparently they have not received my application for a property even though I sent it the day of the viewing!! Then I contact them 2 additional times to find out how our application was progress to be told a decision has not been made. Then we receive a call today asking why we hadn’t put an application in and that the property has now gone!!! Some proper Mickey Mouse operations out there and extremely poor service by Tristams in Stapleford Nottingham. I would advice all to avoid this company like the plague.

GoogleOur dealings with Tristrams have been very positive especially with Liam who was very professional and responsive. Liam always kept us informed of what was happening with the sale of our property and also went over and above with chasing various parties in our chain to ensure a smooth completion.
