GoogleWouldn’t recommend renting from Tristram's unless you want to be put on hold and told no one in the office is available everytime you call up with an issue. As well as having emails ignored We are having to deal with a brown damp ceiling from a previous leak. We as tenants are living in fear that the ceiling will cave in when we are trying to wash up.

GoogleAfter having a terrible experience with another estate agent I called Liam at Tristram's to market my property with them as well as the other estate agent. My property was sold within 2 weeks of the first call. they have been nothing short of amazing and always pick up the phone (of which I have had problems with other estate agents) would recommend them and Liam every time.

FacebookTristram's came in and helped us when our sale fell through and the other Estate agent were unhelpful to say the least. Dale came round the following day and got our house up on the market by the next morning. Everyone at Tristram's were beyond helpful and extremely good at communicating which gave us the reassurance we needed that they would sell our house quickly. Our house sold within the month and we were so happy with them that going forward we will always use them and highly recommend everyone else use them as well. Thank you to everyone at Tristrams.

GoogleHi it’s Antony I work for tristrams sales and lettings from day one of me walking into the office I woz made so welcome from the team James and frazer made me so welcome to and the girls on lettings did to and the guys on sales the girls from Charlotte Lizzie Cloe and Katy do a great job if there eney problems they act straight away from getting hold of Tennant to sorting keys out James and frazer could not as for a better team Of people to work with them. If I woz a land lord or land lady I would recommend tristrams sales and lettings if I wanted my property looked after and properly and for propertys that want to be sold. Great people great run business

GoogleMe and my fiancee are planning to move in together. We both have pets so we're making sure the property will allow pets before applying. We found an interesting property on Tristrams but when we enquired about it we were shut down straight away because the landlord requires people over 40. I believe this was totally unfair and should've been listed on the website. I emailed my review of the service to tristrams and I did get a call back and the lady tried to explain that its not the companies requirement but the landlords. I think it's still unfair that people below 40 are discriminated against like this. While I understand its not the companies fault, they should've listed the requirements on the website. When I told the lady this over the phone she said its not a legal requirement. The reason for my review is so people are aware that the description of the properties Tristrams are letting aren't full or accurate because all other properties I've seen mention basic things such as if pets are allowed.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience with tristrams, They were very professional in every step from when I asked to view a property till I rented and moved already. One thing that was extremely professional and satisfying for me is their inventory, as it showed everything I was worried about. They always reply to my e-mails and phone calls in real time and address my queries and concerns efficiently. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with tristrams and happy that I dealt with them during my most recent house move.

GoogleI have been renting a property managed by Tristams for over half a year now and my experience with them has been fantastic. From the property viewing, sorting out the tenancy agreement, to day to day property & tenancy management. They are always quick to respond, follow through with calls when appropriate, always cheerful and go the extra mile. All of the staff at Tristams that i have interacted with have been wonderful, both Chloe Lindo and Katie Lines-Davies have been especially so.

GoogleMy partner and I recently moved into a rental property. Tristrams were excellent from the second we emailed our interest through to the day we picked up the keys. All members of the team we spoke to were polite, friendly and happy to help. I'd particularly like to mention Lizzie, who put up with all our (quite annoying!) emails and questions, and went above and beyond to keep us up to date throughout the process, and to ease our worries.

I also was in contact with Charlotte who helped me with all the queries I had and sent over everything I needed. GoogleI've been living in my rented property which is managed by Tristrams for just under a month now and have already found them to be great to deal with. No problem is too big or small and they respond within a few days maximum, even if just to keep us updated on what's happening. Chloe in particular has been a massive help with our household maintenance issues and queries, and I get the impression she genuinely wants to help, not just find the quickest solution to make her own life easier.
